Product Warranty Statement
GENERAL
All products sold by HVB are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of shipment. If you believe any HVB product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact the corresponding sales personnel of HVB for assistance. If product repair or replacement is necessary: 1)If the product is under warranty, HVB will be responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit. 2)If the product is out of warranty, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit. All shipments of repaired or replaced products by HVB will be FOB Shenzhen.
LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. HVB specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. HVB’s liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer's manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory. HVB shall not be liable for normal manufacturing defects or customary variances from specifications.

All products, product specifications and data are subject to change without notice due to improved reliability, functionality, design or other reasons. HVB is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or incompleteness in any product-related data sheet or other information published. Agents, and employees, as well as all individuals representing the company (collectively, "HVB"), without any and all liability.
HVB makes no guarantees, representations or warranties with respect to the suitability of the product for a particular purpose or for the continuous production of any product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HVB is not responsible for (i) any and all liability arising out of the application or use of any product, (ii) any and all liability arising out of, but not limited to, specific, consequential or incidental damages, and (iii) Without implied any kind of warranties, including the applicability, non-infringement and merchantability of a particular purpose.
The statement that the product applies to a particular type of application is subject to the general requirements of HVB’s general application environment for HVB products. Such declarations do not have any relevance to the suitability statements of specific applications. The Customer is responsible for verifying that a particular product is suitable for a particular application or not, as described in the product specifications. The parameters provided in the data sheet and/or technical specifications may vary depending on the application, and the performance may vary over time. All operating parameters, including typical parameters, must be confirmed by the Customer's technical expert according to each Customer application environment. Product specifications do not extend or otherwise modify HVB’s terms and conditions of purchase, including but not limited to the specified warranty. Unless stated, HVB products are not used for medical, ambulance or life maintenance, or other applications where personal injury may occur due to failure of the HVB product. Customer uses or sells HVB products that are not expressly instructed to be used in such applications at your own risk.
